Someone said they were releasing notifications in batch's so there is still hope. tbh, the field is going to be decimated with the current administration anyway.

Yeah, that has also contributed to all of my optimism disappearing. Work is so depressing because of that, and now so is this 😩.

The final application deadline is July 15th. The deadline for priority consideration was Jan 5th. So, while admitted students' day may be the 25th, there's still hope & time. I'd just keep waiting to hear the news..whether good or bad.

Just got an automated email form JHU saying that they are currently reviewing applications and decisions will be sent out in mid-March. My heart drops every single time I get an email from them. These next few weeks are going to be TOUGH.  Anyone else feeling the anxiety come on? lol hope it works out for everyone!

I got the same one, and my heart dropped when I saw the subject line of “Thank You for Your Interest in the DrPH Program” since that often signals to me it’ll be something like “thank you for your interest, sorry you weren’t selected” 😩😬. But I am happy it’s still in progress.

I need to hire the person who crafted that subject line for marketing. 😆😆 that email gave all applicants anxiety.
