There are so many options out there and was wondering if anyone knows of any well funded art history master's programs as of 2024? Also how do I got about investigating colleges that aren't expensive/ fund well?

Definitely check out the University of Florida's program. The website is kind of unruly, but after contacting a faculty member I was told that MA students in Art History are basically guaranteed full funding. The stipend is apparently somewhat less than what those in the PhD program get, but you don't have to pay anything.

UC Davis also has an excellent MA program that is fully funded. You get a stipend and teach right off the bat! I would highly recommend checking it out. It may be hard to investigate which school provide funding, but you can typically find the language on the art history department websites. Also reading through the application threads on this forum might have some good schools to check out!
