Any news from Penn State?

Hi, all. I'm new here and wondering if anyone has heard from Penn State yet? The only info I can get from people at the department is that the first offers have gone out and that they aren't done with the process. Either no one knows or no one will tell me about my application specifically. Since I haven't heard yet, I'm hoping that means I'm still in the running for a slot and not that they're just waiting until the end to send out rejection letters. :roll:

If any of you have offers you don't intend to accept, please let them know. I'm shortlisted in the top 15% and they are waiting to hear from people who've been sitting on offers for weeks. Help me out here. 8)
