Yale, Columbia, or UChicago for PhD

Looking to get advice / perspectives on which program to choose for my PhD. I am interested in organometallic chemistry / catalysis, and am aiming to pursue academia. Are there important differentiating factors between these schools that I should consider beyond which research groups I am most interested in? Thanks!

I think if each of these schools have a program you want you should look at funding/ cost of living where you'd be going.
