MSc Thesis Defence Scheduling

I'm currently trying to finish up my MSc and schedule my thesis defence, but I have never struggled to schedule something more in my entire life. I've spent the last 2 months just trying to secure my committee and now that I finally have all my members, I'm trying to find a date. My supervisor and I agreed to aim for latest the first week of June, but one of my committee members is maximum only available for 1.75 hours at a time, so scheduling a 2 hour defence is near impossible unless I push my defence to the end of June or replace him.

For some context, my MSc experience has been horrible and I genuinely want to finish this program and get out of this lab as soon as possible. My supervisor has been pushing me to replace this committee member with someone else from my supervisory committee, but that alternate is terrible. He's yelled at me until I cried in multiple committee meetings, always asks notoriously hard questions, and I have no doubt he'll choose to pass or fail me depending on his mood that day, if he sits on my defence committee. I also desperately wanted to wrap up in the beginning of June because I got accepted to start a new program in August and wanted to make sure I have enough time to rest before I start. My MSc has burnt me out beyond belief and I know if I don't take time to recover before starting this new program, then I won't do very well. I also realized that, following my defence, I'll still need to revise and submit my final thesis, which will only leave me around two weeks of recovery time before my new program, if I defend at the end of June.

All of that is to say, I desperately need to get out of here and, despite my supervisor insisting that the defence requires 2 hours and could even run past the 2 hour mark, do you think 1 hour and 45 minutes is still enough to complete an MSc thesis defence? Should I risk it and still try to schedule the defence for early June date or do you think I'm seriously running the risk of my committee member needing to leave prior to voting, calling for me to reschedule the defence?
