TA experience in SOP

I’m applying to US graduate programs in Physical Chemistry this cycle. While drafting my Statement of Purpose, I'm trying to decide how much space to dedicate to my previous Teaching Assistant (TA) experience.

Since US PhD programs fund most students through TAships in the first few years, does highlighting teaching experience signal program readiness, or should the SOP remain only focused on  past research experience

For those who included TA experience: how many lines did you give it, and where in the SOP did you place it? Thanks !
