redgreenlatte Posted February 8, 2011 Share Posted February 8, 2011 I have been accepted to UC Berkeley and it is absolutely my dream school, but I can't not be concerned with the budget situation there... could the guaranteed five-year funding be endangered if the situation gets really dire in the next few years? I do know that it is extremely difficult for international students to get into UC schools with funding because of the budget situation, which means that these schools, especially the top ones, would unfortunately lose a lot of qualified students.
