greengrass2 Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 If you're not on a workout plan of any kind, get on one! Exercise invigorates the body AND mind! It makes you more confident and give you better energy for face to face communication. (Plus it's a good way to get your mind off of decision letters, too!) Good luck everyone!
