To pass the time... Which program have you applied for (or what is your area of specialization), and if you haven't applied this year, what are you considering?

Haha, guess I'm the only one doing interdisc Religion/Classics. I actually don't know a single other person interested in it either.

What sort of religious studies are you interested in? Religions of the Classical world? or Early christianity/Judaic studies?

Also I chose 'others' because I plan to work on Women in the Roman world (in as many context as possible).

Early Christianity. I've got a particular interest in socio-economic approaches to New Testament narratives which involves alot of papyrological research as well as combing through Roman literature for tidbits of social scientific goodness.

Feminist approaches to ancient history in particular!

I'm starting an Ancient History M.A., with an official minor in Classics (Philology) and an unofficial concentration in Art & Archaeology. I've been strongly advised to stay as interdisciplinary as possible to keep a wide range of opportunities open for me after I'm done. (I plan on pursuing a Ph.D. and hopefully finding a TT job...)
