When did you hear back?

I only applied to 3 PhD programs and am so anxious to hear back! Good or bad, I just want to know so I can start planning (Will I need a job instead, where to look for apartments etc). I have an interview at Northeastern on the 18th (heard back from them about 2 weeks ago), but no word from Tufts or Dartmouth. Where has everyone else heard back from, and when? I'm still trying to figure out when I should be expecting some kind of response (and when to start panicking) . Thanks!
