Neuronista Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 Hi everyone! I need your help. I applied for a PhD in neuroscience at Baylor College of Medicine (deadline was Jan 1 ) and I received an e-mail saying that they would like to interview me via Skype (I'm an out-of-state applicant). My questions are: 1. Is this a good sign? I mean, does being invited to an interview mean that I'm more likely to be admitted or do they just interview all applicants alike? 2. What should I expect during the interview? How should I prepare? Has anyone been interviewed by Baylor Neuroscience before? How was it like? Do they just ask general questions about myself and my background and work or do they ask more technical and scientific questions (ones that I will need to study for). This is my first interview so I'm sooooo nervous. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks all!
