Materials Science-UIUC vs. Cornell

I applied to the PhD program in Materials Science and Engineering and have got into UIUC and Cornell(both w/RA).

UIUC is ranked No.2, but the campus of Cornell(ranked around 7-10) seems to be so attractive(plus it's ivy league).

There are more professors at UIUC, so there are more choices about research. however, there are fewer student at Cornell, so ppl might get better care and better connection with the alumini.

Both schools have research I am interested in, which makes this decision harder(especially I don't have a preference).
