ihatefish87 Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 Hey there! Tried searching for a thread on Sustainable Design but was unable to find one. Hence started one of my own! Please spill the beans on your status...as in, where all you've applied, where you stand as of now, and where you're finally deciding to go.
ihatefish87 Posted March 16, 2011 Author Posted March 16, 2011 I'll put in the first chip! Here's where I stand- Carnegie Mellon- Accepted UPenn- Accepted Harvard GSD- Rejected (and through a thoroughly impersonal email!) UT Austin- Yet to hear from USC- Yet to hear from UCLA- Yet to hear from Cornell- Yet to hear from
HCol Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 I applied to two programs. I got into Columbia's RE Development Program, but I'm still waiting to hear from Harvard. I was waitlist for MDesS Real Estate and won't hear back until 5/15.
HCol Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Where are you going in Sept? I applied to two programs. I got into Columbia's RE Development Program, but I'm still waiting to hear from Harvard. I was waitlist for MDesS Real Estate and won't hear back until 5/15.
ihatefish87 Posted March 28, 2011 Author Posted March 28, 2011 Where are you going in Sept? Wow! Finally somebody responded! I was beginning to think that if no one applied to these courses then why am I not getting an easy admit! I'm yet to hear from UCLA...but I've more or less settled for USC as of now...they're offering a very lucrative scholarship.
HCol Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Some money would be nice! In this downturn - I think grads have been still jumping at school before getting an aid package. Good for you. USC is a very good choice. Did you hear back from Harvard?
HCol Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Oops - sorry. I see the answer here. You'll be happy at USC!
