maitreii Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Has anyone heard back from GSPIA with funding decisions as of March 23rd, 2011?
JAC16 Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Has anyone heard back from GSPIA with funding decisions as of March 23rd, 2011? I got a full ride... Heard about a week and a half ago...
maitreii Posted March 23, 2011 Author Posted March 23, 2011 I see...thanks for the reply. Which of their programs did you apply for, if you don't mind me asking?
Ahab Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Funding decisions will come out next week via email, according to GSPIA student services.
maitreii Posted March 25, 2011 Author Posted March 25, 2011 Did you call them?...I was thinking to do the same thing later today I hope they mean it when they say that...hopefully they haven't given out all the good scholarships already...
Ahab Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Did you call them?...I was thinking to do the same thing later today I hope they mean it when they say that...hopefully they haven't given out all the good scholarships already... I emailed. It would surprise me if they'd given out many scholarships at this point. JAC seems to be an exception.
ep1181 Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 I emailed. It would surprise me if they'd given out many scholarships at this point. JAC seems to be an exception. I just attended a chat room with staff from GSPIA today and they said we will hear about funding by April 1st.
Ahab Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 I just attended a chat room with staff from GSPIA today and they said we will hear about funding by April 1st. I just received a funding decision via email.
afae39 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I just received a funding decision via email. Has anybody else heard? I'm pulling my hair out since decisions are supposed to be sent by tomorrow.
StellaHaiti2 Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 Sent an inquiry to an enrollment counselor: "At this time all first-round awards have been sent out. If you did not receive an email, it means you were not selected as a first round recipient. April 15 is the tuition deposit deadline for scholarship recipients. After April 15 we will assess our budget to see if we have any additional funding to offer. If you are selected as a second-round recipient you will be notified via email in late April." No longer considering this school because I did not get an email. Funding is weird.
