I currently live in Chicago, and I think it's an excellent "global city" to come for a master's program - there are a lot of good schools here, and students/young professionals everywhere. Did you get any funding from CIR? For most of us, it gets down to money, so if the one-year debt from CIR Chicago is less than two-year (with partial funding) from the other two, I believe you have your answer. The final result is the same: a Master's degree, so why not go for the shorter way there? Btw, when did you get your funding decision from GSPIA? Was it at the same time with admission decision or more recently?
