Amherst admissions on NPR

One of my professors pointed me towards this broadcast from NPR this morning. It's an interview with the Amherst admissions committee about how arbitrary the system can be. It's technically about undergrad applicants, but I found it interesting anyway, as you can "listen in" on clips from their decision meetings.
