Decision time....help needed!

Hiii....so I got into all of my top programs, however, money is a major concern so I'll have to (sadly) turn down GPPI, SAIS, and SIPA. sigh. breaks my hurt.

That leaves me with SIS and GW (Elliott). I got a really tempting financial offer from American so I'm inclined to pick it over GW (both programs are in ID). There isn't a great deal of difference between the programs and I basically need an opinion on whether it would be bad decision to pick SIS over Elliott. Both schools are great, but I get the impresison that Elliott is more highly regarded in the DC area. However, elliott's funding offer doesn't compare to SIS's. Is it worth it to save money (30k a year) and go to SIS?

Any feedback from current SIS students...DC area people?
