hesitate about the choice between UMD & Syracuse

I am now a forth-year undergraduate student in China and plan to pursue master in US this fall. My major is Information Management. Now I have achieved the offer of admission of Information Management from Syracuse University, and that from University of Maryland at College Park now. I am now hesitating about the choice.

I learn that UMD has advantage in place, comprehensive reputation, but from its course, I think it fits people with years of experience, while I have no experience and don't do well in technology.

Although Syracuse is located in smaller city, it provides some courses about technology, and I also learn that its graduate students find good jobs, I find no related information about UMD.

Could anyone give me some suggestion about the choice? Thanks~~

I would take umd, cuz Syracuse is Not umd.
