Who do I contact?

So I still have not heard anything from the graduate program I applied for. I see no results on the results page here, but it's a relatively small program (generally around 30 applicants) so it's possible no one else that applied is on here. It says on the general admissions site for the college that in mid april if you still haven't heard to contact the department, even though it may take until mid-may for decisions to be made.

So my question is who do I contact? My poi (whom I met with before I applied, and he helped perfect my application)? The department secretary? Department coordinator? Department academic advisor?

I've had the best luck when talking directly with professors. If you can explain why you need a decision urgently, I'd wager they'd try to expedite the process. I called one place and got a decision three hours later.
