CMU-INI versus UoUtah/OSU MS CS

I have an admit to CMU INI MSISTM. Is this program worth the total expenditure of $60k without any hope of reducing this through tuition waivers? Should I be going for University of Utah MS CS or Ohio State( not yet gotten, but hopefully will ) MS CS instead? I can afford CMU, but I have serious doubts if this is actually worth such a heavy sum. Especially when the chances of completing other programs with < $10000 through tuition waivers is quite high. I'm a mostly independent learner.

Looking for a job after this. Not averse to research - it will be fun. Interested in HPC, Languages and Systems.
