Best international schools for neuroscience/neurobiology

Hello! I will be applying to grad school for neuroscience/neurobiology soon in both America and Internationally. I have several schools in mind that I have been researching in England, Australia, Canada, Germany, and Russia.

Can you recommend any international schools with great neuro programs (not limited to those countries)? They would have to be english-speaking.

In the UK, you can't go wrong with Oxford or Cambridge. But also, UCL has a huge neuroscience department (over 400 faculty) and many are doing groundbreaking research.
