I am in the same situation, I guess it is a reject and I belong to their don't care group. But I have paid $90, and therefore it is rightful for me to expect some more well-mannered behavior.

Agreed. Mine says documents missing, although I had contacted them and they told me my application would be reviewed even without the TOEFL scores as long as I hand them my graduation certificate from the US institution before actually registering for classes. What a waste of $90! And I am pretty sure I can't even try to get them back, as they're not refundable. Blah! I don't really care otherwise... I would have probably not gone there anyway, but I wish they could have just read my application, since I paid for them to at least do that!

i had applied for Master's in Embedded Systems . Sadly was denied yesterday . Actually there was a flurry of rejects that day.
