UW vs Notre Dame

I was admitted and happy with a MS at Univ of Wash in Aerospace Engineering with direct rollover to PhD or I can reapply to PhD programs after i get my MS.

Then Notre Dame contacted me this past friday offering me PhD admission with tuition and fees scholarship, 25k per year stipend, plus extra 2k for computer etc.

Any thoughts? South Bend vs Seattle. Reputation for getting faculty positions when all is said and done. Thoughts on not being funded at UW.

If UW isn't funded I don't think there's pretty much to talk about: Notre Dame is well respected and you got a great package!
