I can talk for myself. I accepted my offer and 4-5 days later I was contacted by International Office for I20 duties (proof of fin availability, questionnaire, etc.). I forwarded everything they needed and in few days they issued to the dept (that is sending it to me postal) the I20 material to have it signed.
