public reputation of northeastern university CPS(college of professional studies)

Anyone know weather the college of professional studies in Uortheastern University has a good reputation, in terms of quality of education, and how prospective employers view it? I'm thinking of doing a masters in leadership there but don't want to waste money and time if its no good. Any insight would be great ? BTW, if i study in there, can I have a chance to transferred to the business school?
