Emri Posted May 16, 2011 Posted May 16, 2011 (edited) I was accepted to do my Masters in Public Service @ the University of Waterloo this September, and because it is an interdisciplinary program --no funding in the form of TA/RA is given. Fortunately, I learned about the OGS Scholarship (https://osap.gov.on....CONT003465.html), but I have a few questions: 1) Do I have to be on OSAP to be considered? 2) Do I have to be registered "officially" in my Masters program to be considered? 3) Am I eligible to apply for the 2011-2012 application OR the 2012-2013 application? Any help in clarifying this application process is greatly appreciated. Edited May 16, 2011 by Emri
lewin Posted May 16, 2011 Posted May 16, 2011 1. No, it's entirely merit-based. 2. No, but you need to register to take up the award. On your application you indicate when you'd like the award to start (e.g., September, 2012). 3. Application deadlines are in the fall, so you'd apply now for the 2012-2013 school year.
