I am currently conducting an on-line study looking at individual attitude towards health and require a large number of participants. I was therefore wondering if you would please consider participating-its really quick! Also if you wouldn't mind circulating the link to anyone you may think would be interested, it would be great! All participation is entirely voluntary with completion available at a time that is convenient. The questionnaire is completely confidential, easy to access and should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete. There is also a **cash prize-draw**!
