Schools that give ample aid

Hi all,

I'm searching for safety schools now and would like to hear your recommendations about colleges for MIS, Software Engineering or Computer Science programs. My only criteria is that the school should have a good record of financial support, not concerned about the rank. Please understand that I'm an International student and I just can cut it without financial support from the school (any form of aid either assistantships, fellowships, fee reduction, anything will do). Thanks a ton.
