coffeelover1007 Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 I've been accepted into 2 programs for Early Childhood Special Education. One at C.W. Post another at Dowling College. I want to teaching children who have autism and other developmental delays. Can anyone offer me some advice as to which program will help me achieve my goals? I don't know much about either school/program other than what I visually saw while visiting...I appreciate any thoughts you can offer. Thanks!
t_ruth Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Sorry I can't offer any advice. Most of the people here are looking for research programs (PhDs), so practice-oriented programs are outside of my wheelhouse. Probably best to talk to people you respect in your industry and to the students and faculty at both programs. Congrats and good luck!
