Chances for PhD?

I took GRE on 29th June.Got 1120(V= 400,Q= 720). Re-took GRE but couldn't get any later date,so booked for 8th July,barely a week after the first attempt.Got 1180 this time(V= 470,Q=710).Will be taking TOEFL

I hold a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery degree(MBBS),currently doing my internship.I wish to apply for PhD in Pharmacology/Biomedical Sciences.I have an abstract publication in a national journal,one research award which is given to only 5 students every year across India,one poster presentation,one oral presentation and research experience in a cancer lab.

My MBBS aggregate is 60.4% (toppers' % =70%).

I wish to apply to middle-ranked PhD programs in US.

What are my chances?
