MPH schools NOT on the top 10 list

I've been doing a lot of research about different MPH programs and I noticed that I cannot find ranking information for MPH programs that are not in the top ten list. How can I go about finding out whether an MPH program is good? What standards should be used? I'm very new to the field of public health and I'm not sure where to start researching from except googling each MPH program that is interesting to me. I would appreciate any help you can give.

Look for CEPH accredited programs. They at least meet a minimum set of criteria in order to get accredited.
