Thesis Writing

Hi

I am writing my master's thesis. I have developed a web application as my masters project.

Now i need to carry out some testing of the application and my supervisor suggested to carry out some unit tests.

Now first of all I am not sure how to carry out unit tests and secondly how to present the result of unit test in the report

If some one can point me out to a sample thesis with unit test result I would be really grateful
