MS in EE (American Student)

Hello I had a couple questions about MS EE programs. I am an american student with a 3.72 gpa, 1390 (750Q/640V) GRE score and one publication with two years of research and two years of tutoring experience. I was wondering my chances for masters at the following schools

GT, Stanford, Berkeley, Rice, WashU, UCLA

Also is the MS Program at Berkeley much more difficult to get into than the M. Eng program?

Your profile seems strong. I think (not 100% sure) that is will still be difficult for you with Stanford and Berkeley.

The rest seems more affordable.
