University Selection MS in US CS - 1300 GRE

Hi, Please suggest me which university should i look forward for Fall 2012 session.

International Student - India

GRE (First attempt) - 450 , 790

GRE (Second attempt) - 450-550 ; 750-800

B.tech (Computer Science, 2009 Passout) : 74% Kurukshetra University

Senior Sec. : 78%

10th : 92%

Relevant work exp : 2.2 years (Software Development)

I'm looking for univ. which are good and can provide scholarship.

Also here is the list of univ. which i've shortlisted, please suggest me the chances of getting through them:

1. University of maryland

2. Uni. of North Carolina-Chapel

3. Uni. of southern california

4. Penn-State (Doubtful about this)

5. SUNY-Stony Brooks

6. North Carolina State Uni

7. Uni of Colorodo (not sure, your comments?)

8. Uni. of florida (not sure, your comments?).

9. Buffalo / Illinois (not sure, your comments ?)

10. New York University (v. few chances)

please suggest as i've to start application process in few days.

NYU is not that hard but expensive, UNC is competitive, NCSU is good, UMD is hard, PSU is good at hardware and electromagnetics
