help: preparing for grad school

hi,

I am doing B.Tech ( 5th sem) in Electrical engg. I am Interested in computer vision and want to join a top school for direct PhD after my bachelor's. I have 10 international research papers till now ..a moderate GPA of 8.55/10 . More info about my profile ..like projects and other can be found out through :

I will appreciate if somebody can help what should I do more to get into a Top school like MIT,Stanford (do i stand a chance ??? )
