Mid tier Engineering and Construction Management

I am now looking for some safety schools to apply for a MS in the field of Construction Engineering and Management.

I am currently applying to 5 top 10 schools and I need some advice to find some mid tier programs in case my first options fail.

I know many people disagree with having safety schools but I cant loose a whole year in case I am not accepted.

Any suggestions? I appreciate any advice....
