i want to pursue my masters in industrial engineering in USA.........i have an aggregate of 71% in my BE(electronics and communication)

my test scores are as follows

gre verbal =137

gre quant = 143

analytical writing=2.5

toefl=67

please do suggest me the best universities by the earliest!!!!
