For all you who are applying right now, how has it been going? I have submitted 2/7 apps... Kind of freaking out at one of my former professors who has not sent my recommendations yet, not even the two due today, and he didn't answer my emails or calls for weeks until today (after I called the secretary and she hunted him down for me ). But I am finally feeling good about my SOP, after a very long time of hating it and being very discouraged. It is a relief to only need to edit it for each school now. Good luck everyone!

hahahhahh oh have i been there. when i applied for my MA, i called some of the depts admissions people and they just kind of giggled and we're like, "we know, that's why we don't really read them until after winter break." depts know that professors are totally like that, so don't worry!

as for the rest... AHHH!!!!! i've submitted 3/14 applications so far for PhD programs. i feel almost more nervous now that i've submitted than before. is it april yet?
