Anyone know information about General/Special Education programs?

I am applying to these four schools for a M.A. in Childhood General/Special Education, and was wondering if anyone can tell me the differences between them, if they are generally hard to get into etc. Honestly ANY information would be helpful :-).

NYU Steinhardt

Columbia Teachers College

Bank Street

Hunter

And possibly Long Island University- LIU

I'm interested in TESOL and, specifically at NYU, the dual masters in TESOL and Spanish Ed.
