Just got an e-mail saying that my decision would be available on the website shortly. :P WHAT COULD IT POSSIBLY BE? This is like on Christmas morning when you're a kid and you pick up a small, rectangular present, and realize that it can be flexed, and is a book, and is no use to you.

Same email, but the decision is still blank. It's so obnoxious. Why wouldn't they wait to send the email after they posted my rejection? I know what it's going to be, but I still need to see that official decision. This week has been one of the worst in my life.

Still no decision for me either even though I've talked to Dr. Haber and been emailed by a POI. But she did indicate that the Graduate School still had to sign on their candidates and it would happen next week so maybe that's why they haven't updated.

I just noticed another website rejection go up on the results board. Still nothing here. I mean, am I being considered for some kind of unofficial waitlist or something? Did they not get my application materials? I wish they'd just reject me already so I could move on. :P

trip, you should call! it's not fair. you're in super-limbo! though, if it doesn't matter because you have better/more appealing offers then wait it out, and laugh at the ridiculousness! haha.
