pocketchange Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Hello everyone! I got into the MA program at Jackson School of International Studies at UW a few days ago and I was just wondering if anyone else on here got in and what their thoughts were about the program, what your interests are, and so on. I applied for the Comparative Religion program and I'm planning on focusing on Hinduism and South Asia in general. It wasn't top of my list at first but now that I'm looking into it a little more thoroughly it seems like a really wonderful program with a lot of really interesting faculty. I was just curious what other people heard/thought about it and I'd love to hear from other people who are maybe thinking of going to JSIS for their MA.
AlphaDon Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 dude ... you got into Syracuse? Lucky, I recently got a rejection from there. I was very bummed as it is a very prestigious University. Did you get funding for any of the programs that you got into?
