huge time difference- asking for a re-schedule

I was suppose to speak to the admission office form one of my universities today, there's a huge time difference and its almost 10 at night where I am and he's late calling me, would it be rude to email and ask to re-schedule? Its been a really long day and I'm falling asleep!

Although I sympathize, I think it would be a bad idea to reschedule. In grad school, you will be expected to work at full capacity even when you're exhausted. Rescheduling because it will be 10 pm your time could be taken as a sign of weakness. Get some caffeine in your system if that works for you, take extra notes so you don't have to rely so much on your memory, and get it done. Good luck!
