Boise State Funding

I hadn't planned on really wanting this program, but some life (and thesis idea) changes prompted a desire to attend. My struggle now is that I've been wait-listed for a TAship, and I don't want to attend unfunded because teaching is really important to me. Does anyone have any knowledge on the likelihood of someone else turning down an offer? I know it's a long shot, but I figured maybe someone else here would have either knowledge or past experience with the program.
