bellefast Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Hi guys, What the heck does this mean? I got it a while ago and I emailed the aid center at the school and they said they cannot give money until I fill this out. However, I have not received an acceptance from said school. What the hell does that mean? They don't give out information until early March. I have no clue what this means? Nothing right?
bellefast Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 Sorry to burst your bubble, but receiving a financial aid form is usually meaningless. Well, I didn't really have a bubble to burst I was not asking if I was accepted. I am not so sure if that is common that is all. Plus that was a awful way to inform someone of information that you know bellefast, Ampere and Burkis 2 1
bellefast Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 If you're that sensitive, i fear how you'll react reading a rejection letter. Actually, I am not sensitive at all. But you are a jerk. This forum is for helping people. But, I fear you are just a bitter person. talific and Ampere 1 1
talific Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Agreed, that was totally uncalled for We Regret to Inform You.
bellefast Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 Agreed, that was totally uncalled for We Regret to Inform You. Thank you talific, I glad there are people who agree. Good Luck with all you do
LinguisticMystic Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Must agree with We Regret to Inform You on this one. Guess we're all on edge, huh?
bellefast Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 (edited) Huh? You asked what receiving a financial aid form usually meant and i told you the truth. I'm not sure what part of that post was "mean". What you said was not mean it is the way you said it. The way you assumed I had a 'bubble' or said that I was sensitive without even understand how you come across. However, this thread is now offically over as no one is giving constructive information on my topic. Must agree with We Regret to Inform You on this one. Guess we're all on edge, huh? Nope, not on edge, pretty calm and have been for some time now. Just had a question and sought to get it answered. But, again, I cannot expect to have all people on here be positive, right? LinguisticMystic Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Hah, okay. On edge for some, unnecessarily defensive for others. Everyone can be happy. I can't manage to find that comment offensive, but it's the internet so I have less care in me. Could be that.
talific Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Boy, the internet is fun. We regret to inform you: Bellefast doesn't appear to have any issue with the content of your posts, but rather the way you conveyed that content. Your posts lack what some may call tact. Your second post was, in my opinion, fairly rude. I don't want to get in the middle of an internet argument because it's really not worth it and I think in this case was probably merely a misunderstanding. So I suggest we follow bellefast's suggestion and drop it, as this conversation is no longer relevant to the post or forum. electrochoc, Lt. Mango and bellefast 3

anonaccount Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I got housing emails from UF before hearing about my accept/reject status. I emailed to ask what was up, and they told me the housing emails were a mistake. I am on the wait list. I think grad admissions offices are chaotic.
