gradcafe lists decisions for Fall 12, but I've heard nothing...

So gradcafe lists decisions from all of my schools (some rejections, some acceptances, etc.) but I have not heard a peep since I got the "we have you application" email... Does this mean I'm wait listed? Or do some schools just make offers a few people at a time... I'm confused.

Some schools seem to trickle out acceptances. For example, I got one acceptance on Jan 18. There was a Grad Cafe post for the same school/program that was an acceptance received Jan 2. Then another acceptance was posted last week.

Also, though it sounds like there are more results for you, two trolls decided to post rejections from my program before any news had gone out at all (I'd emailed the grad secretary to see if they were valid). So, keep in mind - sometimes, the intrawebz just wants to mess with you

So it's perfectly normal to have heard absolutely nothing from a number of programs by now?? I know people (not trolls) have been actually accepted or rejected from a number of my programs, yet I've only gotten silence from them so far and some of my apps say "no decision" still.... realistically, what does this mean?
