online books on international law and political science

Hello everybody,

I am a student of Political Science and I m writing my BA paper on the sovereignty of states and internationa law. So far, I could not find books on this topic at national libraries, and even tough I have access to some databases I could not find any sites with books on these topics, to be downloaded freely. I know that I could buy many books on this topic, but now I cannot afford to do this so I would ask you if anybody knows some sites where I could find more information about my topic I d be very grateful.
