Congrats to everyone who got in. Anyone know anything about the average package they offer?

All I've heard is what was in the generic letter on the website from the grad school (mine said nothing about funding); I'm really surprised the department hasn't contacted me yet with any details, although I can be a little patient.

I got waitlisted at Duke, apparently the only admitted five people because of limited funding.

Is anyone who got admitted thinking about going somewhere else?

I received an email from the DGS earlier this week asking me if i was still interested. I feel like i am going through the March anxiety all over again.

Please please please, if someone got in and is not going there, let them know!

That's very interesting - I've been seriously considering Duke and someone on their adcom said this week that I could go ahead and take my time up until the April 15th deadline because it's so late in the process that they wouldn't bother making an offer from the waitlist. I guess this is more pressure to make a decision quickly...
