Just be aware that these rankings are based on the often subjective perception of SW deans, administrators and faculty and not on anything else - for example, % completing program, % finding employment etc. Here is an interesting article which speaks more in depth on methodology.

I believe Hunter was #26 not so long ago - This list shows it as tied with NYU at #16, which is a considerable feat considering the cost difference and the way cost factors into an MSW student's decision. To say you went to a Top 20 social work program and still have less than 20K in loans will be a great feeling!
