PhD EE@UT Austin VS UMD VS WSU

Which one is better? I would like to know more about the universities as a whole

---->University of Texas at Austin(no funding yet)

---->University of Maryland(no funding yet)

---->Washington State university(RA)

And below come with some of my requirements of schools

1. FAMOUS

I'm an international student. well.

So I want my school to be very famous, at least nationwide.

2. LOCATION

big city will be the best choice, but it doesn't matter if the surroundings are convenient, well-accommodated, entertaining etc.

I come from a city with millions of people.

3. MAJOR

according to the rank,UT austin >UMD>WSU

4. SCHOOL

Racial Discrimination?

Unhelpful Faculty?

Unfriendly Student?

I'd say Austin. It's a big tech city and the school is well connected with industry there. I think they're pretty good for computer architecture or materials.

Well, WSU is not going to be the big city you want. That's really all I can contribute here.

I would say UT. Austin's an oasis in the middle of total sh** called texas. Austin is an awesome place. U Maryland is not really in Baltimore, and not as good as Texas when it comes to EE.
