SAIC Dual MA Art History & Art Admin

Knowing that the decision letter is on the way made me have a frightening thought: what happens if you only get into one of the programs? Anyone have experience in this? I assume they'd let you just attend the program you were offered admission into, but would this lessen your chance at financial aid? I have a pretty good idea that I got into the art history program but considering I wasn't interviewed for art administration, I'm beginning to wonder.

The arts admin chair told me that if you're accepted into only one half of the dual program, you can attend SAIC for the first year (in whichever side accepted you), and then apply to be let in to the other half at that time. No idea on financial aid though - all she told me is that it is merit-based.
